Hello everyone, hope you are fine? Hope your week is going on great? I am doing good just occassional tiredness which is my middle name now lol. 

Are you weary? Are you heavy hearted? Why not tell it to God, He knows the strands of hair you have on your head, you cant count them but He can and understands what you are going through. Has anyone ever told you, you wont make it in life laugh in their face and tell them if they can't decide how many breadths they take then how come they can decide what you would be now or in the future. Whatever you have been longing for from January up till this moment and yes I know the year is coming to an end but God isnt coming to an end infact He is the beginning for you. It took God only 7 days to create the world my darlings He will come through for you. It is my prayer that wonderful and unmerited kindness from God and man you will receive this week, this month and for the rest of this year in Jesus name. Lots of divine favour too from God and men, people would seek you out to favour you, your phone wont stop ringing cos God wont give them rest till they bless you.

I have come to the conclusion well its just my opinion though that all pregnancies are not the same, I kinda feel a lil bit different with my growing bump don't know why but I do lol. 

I saw this graphic midi skirt when I went shopping for my clients, before I got pregnant and I loved it, kept it thinking oh would probably wear it after giving birth but while I was playing dressing up I tried it on and it fits perfectly mind you its a size 8 the material is stretchy. The story of this buckle ankle boots is funny you know went to the store to exchange some items I didnt like and my eyes fell on the shoes and they only had my size 'Thank God for small feet lol'.

Can't believe Sienna knows the difference between Nollywood and Hollywood, her dad changed the channel cos we wanted to watch 'Flight' with Denzel Washington and she was no daddy dont touch the remote her dad said we want to watch nollywood, Sienna said ' don't be silly daddy this is not nollywood this is hollywood' we were shocked lol.

Mascara 101

Good day lovely people, how are you all doing, and how was your weekend yea I know another weekend is coming soon lol can't wait though I need all the rest I can. Would be bringing something new on the blog soon so stay tuned.

Mascara has it’s special place in the makeup bag of any girl, because it can absolutely change the way our eyes look. Let me share with you some tips and secrets to make your lashes look their best.

n order to make eyelashes look more full and longer we use mascara.

Mainly there are two types of mascara:

1. Volume mascara
2. Length mascara

Also there are sub categories:

• Soluble: Excellent to wear
• Insouble/ Water proof: Only wear if you know your eyelashes are going to be in contact with water. Very hard to wash off.

1)   Apply mascara after the eyeshadow like this the eyeshadow won’t fall down and sit on                  your ashes which can look really bizarre.

2) Always curl your lashes before applying mascara. This will give you the effect of wider eyes and will make you look more awake. Never use a lash curler on the lashes with mascara on, because you can break them and the curl, anyway, will look unnatural. We don’t want bent and clumpy lashes.

3) Use a “zig-zag” technique when applying mascara. Go from the roots in tiny zig-zag motions upwards till the ends of your lashes. This will add volume and length, as well as help to cut down clumps.

4) Wiggle your lashes at the base, this will make them look thicker.

5) If some of your lashes have stuck together – use a clean lash comb to brush and separate them, try to do it when the mascara isn’t yet dry.

6) If you are striving for the long lashes and “full look”, chose the “blackest black” mascara, because it’s the only colour that can make your eyes stand out and make your lashes appear amazingly long with plenty of volume.

7) If you aren’t satisfied with one layer of mascara – brush your lashes (with little lush comb) and then, apply a second layer of mascara to add volume, but never apply a second layer of mascara when the first one isn’t yet dry. Only this way your lashes will look more voluminous and this – without clumps.

8) If you are after a big volume, try to powder your lashes before applying mascara.

9) If you made a smudge on your eyelid while applying mascara, take a q-tip, lightly dip it into your foundation and take away the unwanted mascara spot by rotating a q-tip.

10) Apply a special base coat or lash primer before applying mascara, it will add volume and length to your lashes. If you don’t have a primer, you can try to apply a simple eye cream on your lashes and let it dry, only then apply your mascara. This will addd length and moisturise your lashes.

11) Don’t forget corners of your eyes, because your longest lashes are located exactly there. When you finished applying mascara, close your eyes and apply a little bit more on the corner’s lashes going from the roots – upwards.

12) There are different types of mascaras on the market: one for volume, for length, curling and waterproof, as well as mascaras of different tones and colours. You can always try to combine them. For example, a mascara giving volume together with the one that gives length can make a great effect on your lashes. Or you can try to apply a black mascara on the upper lashes and the brown or grey – on the lower ones, to get more sophisticated result.

13) Use a business card to apply mascara. This trick is very simple: place a card on your eyelid, right above your lashes. If you gently lift the card with your eyelid still in contact, you should see your lashes being lifted upwards as well. Then apply mascara on your lashes against the card. This way you won’t stain you eyelid, you will apply mascara on each one of your lashes evenly without flaking, and this way you can even curl your lashes a little bit by pressing them against the card with your mascara brush.

14) Treat your eyelashes in a similar way you treat you hair. You can condition your lashes using an olive oil or a castor one (actually, any other moisturiser will do). It’s better to apply these kind of products right before bed time, after you’ve finished removing all the makeup.

15) Don’t use a waterproof mascara every day, because removing it requires a lot of time and effort, as well as pulling around of the gentle area around your eyes which can have big impact with the time. Also, waterproof mascara can dry out your lashes and make them weaker…It’s ok to use it rarely, only when you really need your mascara to be waterproof, for example, when you go to the swimming pool or while on the beach.

Hello lovelies, how are y'all doing? I bet you are doing great. How was your weekend? Sorry for the late post was so busy especially with school runs cos Sienna has started pre-school its been a bit challenging but we are getting there lol. Am so happy she is out of the house for some hours at least I can have some needed rest that is if Sachi would allow me too lol. Sachi seems to be the quiet one but I think Sienna has rubbed off her extrovert anointing on her hahaha.



Yes I know some of us have celebrities who we love infact who are our favourite, when there is a movie premiere in your town and you find out your favourite actor or actress is on that film you would want to go and just take a peek at them especially when they walk on the red carpet sometimes you even go early so that you can stand on the front row probably call out to them to take pictures with you or sign an autograph sometimes we just wanna touch them and when you do you get all excited lol, I know that feeling but guess what they are humans just as you and after you touch them it doesnt really change your life does it? But when you touch God I can guarantee you that your whole life will be affected and you wont remain the same.

We are used to God touching us, we pray for the touch of God now lets do it the other way round how about we touch God so that He can in turn move in our lives, remember the woman with the issue of blood she didnt wait for Jesus to touch her, she did the touching and she was made whole, she left her comfort zone, she pressed, she pushed and she got what she wanted. If we want God to change our lives then lets leave our comfort zone, lets press on lets push to touch God and as we do God would do abundantly much more than we ask or think in our lives.

Now to my outfit, bought this dress last year I didnt know it would still accomodate my growing baby bump but it did and oh I havent started wearing any maternity clothes yet still wearing my normal size 10 clothes and it fits perfectly. I just wanted something different that was why I added the hat.
